Join certified Shibashi Qigong Instructor Karen for a weekly LIVE online class to practise the Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 2 exercises and learn the 37 step Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi form. This class is suitable for those who have completed Shibashi Set 1 and Set 2. Note: If your timezone does not work for our live session you will automatically receive a recording of the class (available for 7 days) to practise at a more suitable time for you.
